Sister Hoda O.P., 66 years old, is principal at the Al Bishara school (The Annunciation School for Dominican Sisters), home to 600 students displaced from their homes in the Ninevah Plains and Mosul by ISIS. Sister Hoda worked in a government school in Qaraqosh for 30 years, teaching physics and catechism. She said she is often asked by the parents of her students: "What should we do?" That is, should they try to leave Iraq for the sake of their children or stay? Her answer to them: "I don't know." (May 18, 2017)
