Roan Mountain, USA - November 9, 2023: Peter Kopca from Wisconson, pictured on Roan Mountain at the site of the former Cloudland Hotel. Peter began walking the Appalachian Trail in Springer Mountain, GA, on September 17 and said he planned to continue walking north until the first snow, when he would take a break and then resume the journey to Maine in the spring.
