A British visitor to the West Bank city of Ramallah, holding a guidebook and sweaty from the summer heat, looks at the tomb of Yasser Arafat at the Palestinian Authority Presidential compound in Ramallah. Arafat was for decades the symbol of the Palestinian national movement. He died in 2004 while President of the Palestinian Authority. Two guards also stand over the tomb.
