Iwahig, Palawan, Philippines - July 4, 2019: Jade, age 29, from Manila, was sentenced to 10-12 years for possession of meth. He is currently serving his sentence at Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm on the outskirts of the city of Puerto Princesa, where several thousand prisoners tend farms rather than sit behind bars. The penal colony is open to visitors, including tourists.
