Jerusalem - October 19, 2010: Shortly before ten o'clock at night, three Palestinian men smoke shisha in an alley in the Muslim Quarter of Jerusalem's Old City. A Jewish man walks past them carrying a book of Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook's notes. Kook, a father of religious Zionism who died in 1935, was the first Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi of British Mandatory Palestine.
