A trash bin in Batumi, a Georgian city on the Black Sea, has been vandalized with the word "Russia" painted in English and an arrow pointing to where you throw in the trash. Relations between Russia and Georgia have been strained since the break-up of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s; in 2006 the two countries fought a brief war.
